The College is able to offer accommodation for students. The flats are all supplied with power, water and sewerage facilities. Currently there are twenty-six two-bedroom flats available for single ladies and married students, who are required to be accompanied by their families while studying at TCCA, and communal-type housing for up to sixteen single men. All students do their own cooking; singles share these duties.
Married students are expected to provide all their own furnishings and appliances. (Note: The power supply to the flats is not designed for heavy appliances; special arrangements may need to be made in such cases.) Single students are provided with beds, mattresses, kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. They are expected to bring cutlery, a cup, plate and mosquito net. Off-campus housing is sometimes used, but students, after consultation with the college administration (Dean of Students), must arrange this on their own.
